Leadership

This is a proof wall that my co editors and I made the summer before the school year. This helps us stay organized. I also update it after pages get sent so the rest if the staff knowns where we are in the process.

Here you can see some of the designers looking over proofs from our first deadline. I lead the group in a "grows and glows" activity. This helped us find a clearer vision for the design moving forward.

This is the style guide I created for what's in the forecast. It details all the rules and regulations that the designers have to follow when creating a spread. (click on the image to see the full thing)

This image was taken at MIPA with my Co Editor in Chief Reena Natla. There we worked very hard to develop the theme of the book.
